The Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified - Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Sports Medicine. The outpatient clinic is in the rapidly growing and highly desirable Viera community. Qualified candidates must have completed an ACGME Sports Medicine fellowship training program and be BE/BC in orthopedic surgery. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, research, teaching, and cross-collaboration amongst multiple specialties.

Role Requirements:

• Team surgeon for the Eastern Florida State college in partnership with a primary care sports medicine physician.
• Outpatient clinic will be in the brand-new orthopedic practice in Vierra.
• Surgical cases performed at the state of the are Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute Hospital in Orlando.
• Surgeon will need to be comfortable with performing some general orthopedic surgery cases as well as total joint.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or the American Osteopathic Association
• Fellowship trained in Sports Medicine
• FL Medical License or ability to obtain FL Medical License
